FEDERAL COURT REJECTS BOOHOO’S BID TO DISMISS CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR FRAUD BROUGHT AGAINST ONLINE RETAIL GIANTS BOOHOO, PRETTYLITTLETHING, AND NASTY GAL

Important development in our class action against Boohoo, PrettyLittleThing, and Nasty Gal. The district court rejected attempts by online retail giants Boohoo, PrettyLittleThing, and Nasty Gal to dismiss three separate class action lawsuits accusing them of misleading customers by advertising fake sales and false original prices. The court found that the plaintiffs may proceed on their claims of fraud, unfair competition, and false advertising. The court also denied their motion to strike the plaintiffs’ allegations pursuing a nationwide class. See order posted below.
