AI Law Files Data Breach Class Action Against Marriott

Earlier today, AI Law filed a class action lawsuit against Marriott International arising out of the data breach announced on March 31st affecting the personal data of over 5 million consumers.  The case is filed on behalf of California residents and thus may be one of the first cases where the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) will be applied.  If you have any questions, feel free to shoot me an e-mail.  Stay tuned.
